Whether one refers to him or herself as a psychic medium, spiritual medium, intuitive medium or any other similar title, it's all essentially the same thing—the emphasis being on talking to spirits in the afterlife. While I refer to myself as a "psychic medium," there is a big difference between a psychic and a medium.
chakra balancing session
Chakras are the energetic centers throughout our bodies that correspond with our emotions and vital health areas. Originating from Sanskrit, it literally means “wheel” by association with its function as a vortex of spinning energy interacting with various physiological and neurological systems in the body. Chakras are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to to the immune system and emotions. We have literally thousands of chakras positioned all throughout the body, but in energy healing work we most commonly refer to the seven major chakras that are positioned from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency that is depicted through a specific chakra color, and governs specific functions that help make you well. If any of these chakras are closed or contain blockages, it can lead to illness, stress, as well as a number of mental, emotional, physical or spiritual imbalances.
There are thousands of ways that one can go about effectively opening, balancing and clearing their chakras to promote optimal well-being. Some techniques that one could utilize at home include: meditation, yoga, guided visualization, singing, toning, earthing and spending some time outside in nature, etc. If you work with a practitioner, they will first work with you to identify which chakras may be closed, congested or out of balance. Your chakra balancing session could consist of some of the following:
Crystal Singing Bowls or Tibetan Bowls
Tuning Fork Therapy
And much more!
